Epic water filter are fantastic! I've been using them continuously for 6 months now, and recommended them to many family and friends. The bottles aren't too hard to suck from, are nicely portable, very durable (I've dropped mine many times), and the filters are easy to change. I take mine to the gym, swimming, and all around the place. I initially started using them for while overseas where they are known to have bugs, and I did not get sick. The bench top filtration system also works really nicely. The staff are very nice to deal with and good with communication.

I love it that I automatically get notified that my new filter has been shipped at the time frame chosen by me. Otherwise I would most certainly not change the filter when I am supposed to. And yes, the water tastes good!

I bought my epic filter maybe 9 months ago and I’m on my 3rd filter refresh. It works great; I used to spend loads on filtered water but this is much more convenient. I have been buying these filters for a while and liking the product. Water always taste good. It i easy to install too.
I purchased this bottle, for travel and when I'm out and about, as well as a counter top water filter for home.
I'm currently in Indonesia and I'm loving the taste this gives me. It is removing the plastics and anything else nasty.
I should have purchased the smaller bottle, as this one is too big for me. But that is my fault, as I'm not used to measurements in anything but litres.

Epic Water Filters have great customer service, are timely in responding to enquiries and the product works. The longer you drink their filtered water exclusively, the more you can smell chlorine and notice nasties in tap water.

You can taste and smell the difference in the water compared with Melbourne city tap water. I tried PUURE filters and they were awful. Brita was pretty good for taste but it didn’t get rid of the forever chemicals, fluoride and heavy metals to the same extent. Knowing that Epic also is getting rid of the PFOS/PFAS and the research coming out as to how that affects the hormonal axis - I’m going to keep buying these filters (provided they stay at this quality).
