Very pleased, easy to use and no more heavy bottles of water to buy and carry.
I had been having trouble drinking out of my water bottle for sometime and finally wrote to epic about the problem. I was sent a replacement top, straw and filter and low and behold it was the previous filter at fault. Epic truly help their customes and the service is quick, efficient and speedy. I love it.
Good filtration. Water tastes great. Easy to drink through straw.
No more film and scale on my coffee machine. Also, no taste to my water. I am not usually a water drinker, because if I pick any kind of taste, I just won't drink it. I worked at a company for years that had water fountains in every location. The water always had a "taste" that wasn't really a bad taste but I would not drink it. After many years it was discovered that there were chemical contaminates in the aquafer that the water was coming from and many, many people were being diagnosed with cancer. They all drank from those fountains regularly each day. Thank God I wasn't one of them.
We absolutely LOVE our Epic Water Filter! The customer service has been absolutely outstanding and the water filter club has made our lives so much simpler! We actually look forward to getting our replacement filter every month...call us crazy but who doesn't love CLEAN water!?

I absolutely LOVE the water that is produced via Epic Water filter products. I have the large filter jug for home and the drink bottle for work and when I'm out and about. Both change the taste of the water to water that tastes like it has come from a pristine natural water source. This product truly is "Epic". Great service as well. I have just moved to London from Australia and my 2 epic stainless steel water bottles made the cut of possessions coming over (a big call for a girl who could only bring 2 suitcases of belongings to start a new life!!!)- they're that good. How many other brands on the market have scientifically proven to remove so many nasties from our municipal drinking water? especially fluoride, and pesticide and medication 'run off'. No point eating organic if I'm just going to drink the problems I'm attempting to avoid buying organic. If you value your health, invest in epic products. I just ordered the jug for my kitchen in London and plan to order jugs and subscription replacement filters for family members for Christmas. Also I am really impressed with the customer service I received, from prompt communication, to fast delivery, to giving me a refund because a sale started 24 hours after I purchased my products. Highly recommend both product and company. Thanks epic.
