To meet the growing demand for Epic products, we are expanding our global distributorship significantly in 2019 so that our top-notch American-made filters may be enjoyed across the world.

To ensure fast delivery and savings to customers, our dealers and fulfillment centers are now shipping orders locally (no customs) within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, and all European Union nations (see chart below). That means no long waits, bothersome customs documents, or inflated international shipping costs. Not only do we ship fast, but we only charge a minimal flat-rate delivery fee.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving them. Once your items are carefully packed and scanned, you will receive an automated email notification that includes your tracking number.

NOTE: Orders placed on Fridays after 3:00pm AEST will ship out Monday morning as we do not ship over the weekend.
