Hey we love to shop online too, so we completely understand the desire to receive your order as quickly as possible. We make every effort to get your goods out to you as fast as possible.
The great thing for our customers is shipping is free in Australia!!! Once it leaves our doors we have no control over how long it takes to get to you depending on your location and things such as super busy periods/lockdowns etc, when courier companies are majorly under the pump.
If you need it right away we offer an Express Post service for a flat rate of $15. This is overnight to cities and major regional centres and 2 to 3 days max for more far flung places.
We also offer flat rate shipping to New Zealand $25.
Orders are typically shipped within 3 days of receiving them.
Once you place your order we process it that day and it goes into a shipping queue which is now an unfortunate part of the Covid World.
Once your items are carefully packed and scanned, you will receive an automated email notification that includes your tracking number and who it was shipped with.
Please use this tracking number to track your order via the courier companies website. The courier company will constantly update and send out notifications of any issues they are having with your delivery or any changes to your delivery via your tracking number within their website. It is up to the customer to track their parcel once it leaves our facility.
